At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, on 20th February 2023 and the same has been numbered as Filing No. 903011/2023 and Registration No.6700611/2023.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to contest the said case bearing Filing No. 903011/2023 and Registration No.6700611/2023 before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
