Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The Appellant and Respondents have arrived at an amicable settlement of dispute.

2/3 Learned Counsel for the parties tendered Consent Terms before the National Lok Adalat. Consent Terms signed by the representative of the Insurance Company as well as by the Appellant. They are identified by their respective Advocates. The Appellant/Applicant is present in Court and admits the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. Consent Terms appear to have been executed voluntarily. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. In view of disposal of First Appeal, nothing survives in the above Civil Application and Interim Application and the same are disposed of accordingly. The impugned Award stand modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. No order as to costs. Award be drawn accordingly.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules.

3/3 Statutory deposit lying in this Court be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
