DATED : 25th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP, on instructions of Investigating Officer Mr.Ganesh Andhe who is present in the Court, state that in the subject C.R. i.e. C.R.No.121/2022 registered with D.N. Nagar police station, invoking Section 419, 420 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 66C and D of the Information Technology Act, 2008, the custody of the applicant is not desirous. She also submit that the Investigating Officer has served a notice u/s.41A of the Cr.P.C to the applicant and expect him to report to him. In the wake of the aforesaid submission, the application do not deserve any consideration. The applicant shall abide by the notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C.
