The above Civil Application has been filed for being permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the original Petitioner i.e. Wika Instruments India Pvt Ltd. in this Court along with accrued interest if any. The Writ Petition filed by the said Wika Instruments India Pvt Ltd. has been dismissed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 1-10-2015. The amount is deposited towards the back wages of the Applicant who was the original Respondent to the above Petition. The Learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner i.e. Wika Instruments India Pvt Ltd. has no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed. In view of the fact that the Writ Petition has been dismissed as also considering the fact that there is no dispute about the entitlement of the Applicant to the said amount of Rs.4,74.333/-. mmj
