The parties hand in a memo of settlement which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The memo is signed by Jamaluddin Yar Mohammed, son of original petitioner, as well as Smt. Khatoon Begum Jamaluddin, the respondent. The memo of settlement is also signed by the respective Advocates for petitioner and respondent. Smt. Khatoon Begum Jamaluddin, Respondent, is present in Court and confirms that she has signed this memo of settlement and also states that disputes have been settled out of Court. The learned Counsel for respondent is held up in other Court. However, the learned Counsel for petitioners states that the URS

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the learned Counsel for petitioner, on basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, leave is granted and the petition is disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
