Heard. This Application is made by wife under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of divorce petition No.1163/2014 filed by Respondent husband under section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court at Pune for hearing and final disposal.

The learned counsel for the Respondent husband, after taking instructions from his client, who is present in court, makes a statement that they have no objection if the matter is transferred to Pune for hearing and final disposal on merits. Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a.

Office of Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to transfer the Petition No.1163/2014 filed by the Sudarshan Narayan Kadba to Family Court at Pune, immediately for hearing and final disposal on its own merits.

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
