Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Order dated 21.6.2016 passed by this court is recalled.

B) Writ Petition No.11905 of 2015 is restored Mohite 1/2

14 caw2091-16 on file for hearing on its own merits.

C) Office is directed to place the matter on board for admission as per CMIS date.

D) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
