ORDER:- The Petitioner, on 16 July 2013, prays in the Writ Petition that not to hold election of Dental Council of India by stating that there was no proper electoral roll and list of the members prepared. We have noted that there is no interim order or protective order and/or any directions issued in favour of the Petitioner. Therefore, after lapse of three years, we see there is no reason to keep this Writ Petition pending. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 1/2
