Considering that only offence which is non-bailable in the CR in which, the applicants are arraigned as an accused under Section 506(2) of the IPC, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, make a statement that the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 41A to the applicant. 2.

Upon receipt of notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer and follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A.
