Since the petitioners had challenged the caste validity certificate issued in favour of the respondent No. 4 on the ground that the vigilance enquiry was not conducted and since the learned Assistant Government Pleader has stated that a reasoned order is passed in the matter of the caste claim of the 1/2

920-WP-8242-17.doc respondent No. 4 and the vigilance enquiry was conducted, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so that the petitioners could file appropriate proceedings/fresh writ petition challenging the order granting the validity certificate in favour of the respondent No. 4. It is stated that since the orders tendered by the learned Assistant Government Pleader in the court today need to be challenged by raising grounds that are not raised in this writ petition, permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings should be granted.
