P.C.:- Mr. Bhadrashetye, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 submitted that, in pursuance of impugned Order dated 16th June, 2021, thereby remanding the matter back to the file of Deputy Registrar, R-South Ward, the concerned Authority has conducted hearing on about 7 occasions and the concerned Authority has closed it for passing Orders on 7th March, 2022. It is thus clear that, the impugned Order has in fact been worked out by the Respondent No.2 and all the concerned. In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition unconditionally. Leave granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.
