After arguing the matter for some time, as the Court is not inclined to grant bail in the facts and circumstances of this case, Mr. Toshnival, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of nine months, in case there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of one year. If there is no substantial progress in the trial, the Applicant is at liberty to prefer a fresh Bail Application after a period of nine months.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, subject to above.
