Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

The Applicant herein is the Appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 181 of 2016. By an order dated 10th March, 2016, the Applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court on the condition that the Applicant shall furnish bail bond within three weeks from 10th March, 2016 before the Special Court, Ichalkaranji. The Applicant had furnished surety within limitation. That one Shri Vijay Madhav Kulkarni had stood surety for the Applicant to the satisfaction of the Court. Due to personal reasons Shri Vijay Madhav Kulkarni does not wish to continue to remain surety to the present Applicant.

In view of this, the Applicant desires to furnish fresh surety and leave to discharge Vijay Madhav Kulkarni. 4.

The Applicant shall approach the Special Court, Ichalkaranji and make an appropriate application for furnishing alternate

18- APPA 1056 of 2018 surety i.e. Ashok Shivgonda Patil. The Learned Special Court shall verify the documents and grant permission to the Applicant to furnish fresh surety which would be to the satisfaction of the Special Court.
