IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2693 OF 2022 IN BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1772 OF 2020 Nadeem Merchant ..
Applicant
Versus
The State of Maharashtra ..
Respondent ...
Mr.Moin Khan for the applicant.
Ms. A.A. Takalkar, APP for the State.
Mr. R.K. Kingare, Mumbra Police Station.
CORAM: BHARATI DANGRE, J.
DATED : 18th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the bail application which was dismissed on 6/07/2022, is sought to be restored. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who would submit that, inadvertently the matter could not be attended. Pertinent to note that even on the earlier date the applicant was not represented, therefore, the application was dismissed on 6/07/2022.
On account of the difficulty expressed in the application, I am inclined to restore the same, subject to learned counsel depositing cost of Rs. 5000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, within a period of two weeks from today.
