It is not in dispute that the entire amount payable under the judgment and order of this Court has been now paid to the Petitioner. Though belatedly, compliance has been made with order dated 7th February, 2014. Hence, no case is made out to take penal action against the Contemnors. Accordingly, notice issued under order dated 25th February, 2015 is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
