This is an application for condonation of delay of four days in filing Criminal Appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 21/04/2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge (POCSO) in Special Case (Atrocity) No.22 of 2017. It is mentioned in the application and it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that, after the impugned Judgment and order was passed on 21/04/2022, the applicant could not engage an advocate because of his financial constrains.
