1] On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of material compiled in the charge-sheet, the learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 2] However, he submits that the Applicant came to be arrested on 23.10.2020 i.e. on the date of incident and even though accusations are under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, till date charge has not been framed.

3] Reserving the liberty to move before this Court if charge is not framed within a period of six months from today, Bail Application is disposed off as withdrawn.
