Perused the order dated 08th February 2016 by which the petition was disposed of. The petition was ordered to be listed after six weeks from 08th February 2016 for reporting compliance. Thereafter, the matter appeared on 16th June, 2017 when on the request made by the learned Counsel appearing for the City Industrial Development Corporation Limited of Maharashtra, the time was granted till today.

The learned Counsel appearing for the said Respondent states that till today he has not received any instructions. He states that the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer (Garjepoti) was responsible for disposing the regularization application. We direct Sneha Chavan 1/2

13 wp 8505-16=.doc he said officer to personally remain present in the Court along with files of the regularization application. We are procuring the presence of the said officer as if we find that he has violated the orders of this Court, a Contempt Notice can be issued on the next date and can be served on the officer in the Court itself.

Place this petition under the caption of "directions" on 11th July, 2017.

We make it clear that the failure of the officer to remain present in the Court will aggravate the contemptuous conduct which is already noticed by this Court.
