The PIL is filed seeking directions to declare the Agreement dated 31-07-2018 executed between the Respondent No.4 and the Respondent No.9 pursuant to the tender dated 16-02-2018 floated by Respondent No.4, as null and void. It is the case of the Petitioner that Respondent Nos.9 & 10 are not carrying out the work in accordance with the tender conditions. 2.

Learned Government Pleader states that the project is a public project for construction of fish landing center at various places, for which the tenders were floated in the year 2018. Learned GP has pointed out that the project value is about 96 crores.

Considering the nature of relief sought and to test the bonafides of the Petitioner, we direct the Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh in this Court within two weeks from today, failing which the PIL shall stand Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
