The response brings out that after the Writ Petition was disposed of, the Department realized that the claim was founded on a forged order of allotment dated 27th May, 2008 resulting in the Department filing Review Petition (Stamp) No.2828 of 2011 which was dispsoed of on 30th September, 2011. The judicial order passed was recalled with a direction that the Writ Petition would be placed before the Division Bench to which the subject matter was assigned, as per roster.

The fate of the Writ Petition is not known.
