By this petition, preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the Look Out Circular (for short "LOC") issued against the petitioner, by the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, at the instance of the respondent No.3.

Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. S. B. Shinde, Senior PI of Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Mumbai states that the LOC issued against the 1 of patilsr by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date:

2023.03.29 18:42:06 +0530 SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL

petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.3 has been withdrawn by the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi on the request of the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Zone-VIII, on 25th November 2022. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 4.
