On this ground, Mr. Manglae seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 2] Mr. A.B. Tajane, learned counsel for the respondent, confirms the aforesaid position and hands in a copy of the judgment and order dated 22 July 2016 made in M.P. No. 1162 of 2015, whereby the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by mutual consent.
