This is an appeal against the order of acquittal. Death certificate of the respondents were taken on record vide order dated 9th September, 2021. Time was granted to learned APP to seek instructions from the concerned Police Station. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the aforesaid fact has been verified and it is confirmed that both respondents have expired. The report submitted by Police is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 3.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the appeal would abated and stands disposed of.
