The petition is filed for quashing FIR/CR.No.311 of 2013 dated 27th August 2013 registered at Malwani Police Station. During the pendency of petition, said FIR is investigated and charge-sheet is also filed.

Now, the Petitioners have got an alternate remedy of applying for discharge. We are therefore not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to apply for discharge before the learned trial Court.
