After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time, since this Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel, upon instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that the applicant shall surrender before the Investigating Officer on 13.12.2016. There was ad-interim protection. Looking to the applicant's age, it will be appropriate to grant period to applicant to surrender. Statement made before this Court is accepted. Ad-interim protection continued upto 12.12.2016.
