The Petitioners seek to question the order of approval issued by Respondent No. 3 - University in favour of Respondent No. 5. 3.

Before we examine the validity of the order of approval considering the jurisdiction invoked by the Petitioner, we have to examine the locus of the Petitioners. The Petitioners are not the by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

agk 2 10-aswp4791-2021.doc manner by the grant of approval. The Petitioners style themselves as residents of the village and members of the concerned Educational Trust. This Educational Trust has not authorized the Petitioners to represent the Trust. If the Petitioners are members of the Trust and they have a grievance regarding it's functioning, then the Petitioners have remedies elsewhere. For want of locus on the part of the Petitioners, we decline to entertain this petition and examine the grant of approval in favour of Respondent No. 5 issued by Respondent No. 3 - University.
