DATED : 31 July 2017 P.C.:- Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has expired and states that he tried to take instructions pursuant to the order dated 11 July 2017. However, no instructions are forthcoming. Even the Office remark indicates that the Court's notice issued to the petitioner is returned unserved with the bailiff's remark 'expired'. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
