The Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.7 to decide the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai in Appeal No.105 of 2018 since the petitioner has already invoked the statutory remedy.

We are disposing of the petition with a direction to the respondent No.7 to decide the said Revision Application within a period of two months from today. The petitioner is also at liberty to N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

45-wp-7274-2019 make a request to the authority hearing the appeal to decide the stay application and if such a request is made, the application would he heard and disposed of within a period of two weeks. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
