Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable that whatever representation the petitioner has made on 15 July, 2019 be decided, may be that the subject of the representation is 'exchange of land'. We do not dwell on any such controversy in regard to the nature of the rights, suffice it to observe that the representation of the petitioner be considered by the appropriate authority and decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.
