During pendency of this application, charge-sheet is filed and, therefore, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial Court for the same relief in the changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet.

Shri Jha makes a request that direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the bail application, if filed, within a reasonable time.

Considering this request, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial Court for his release on bail. If such bail application is preferred, then as far as possible it shall be decided within a period of ten days. It is needless to add that the trial Court shall decide the fresh bail application in the changed circumstances taking into account the material available in the charge-sheet, in accordance with law. 4.

With aforesaid observations, the Application is disposed of. In view of disposal of bail application, interim application is also disposed of.
