DATE : 11 JUNE 2015 P.C. :- 1] This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 131 days in filing the CRA. The reason set out in the application is that the certified copies of the impugned order and case-papers were handed over to the Advocate in Mumbai who did not file the revision application in time. Thereafter, efforts had to be made to re-apply for certified copies and this resulted in delay.

2] Considering the cause shown, case is made out for condonation of delay subject however to compensating the respondents for the prejudice occasioned to them. 1/2

skc 6-CAC-504-14 3] Accordingly, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to the applicant paying costs of Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand) to the respondents. Such costs to be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

4] Civil application is disposed of.

5] List the CRA for admission on 6 July 2015.
