The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not get any document to show the income of the respondent/wife. 2.

In this Review Petition, the order passed by this Court dated 25th June, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 7812 of 2014 is challenged. The Petition challenging the amount of maintenance granted by the Family Court was dismissed by the said order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while dismissing the Writ Petition, this Court has not considered that the respondent/wife has not proved that she does not earn anything. 4.

I am of the view that this Review Petition is not falling within the scope of Section 114 and Order 47(1) of Code of Civil Procedure. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed.
