Vishal Shinde attached to Kapurbawadi Police Station, Thane submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime, the police have submitted charge sheet in the Court of 5th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.520 of 2017. 2) In view thereof Mr. Pethe, learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge, if charge is not framed till today or to contest R.C.C. No.520 of 2017, before the trial Court.

3) Application is disposed off as withdrawn.
