DATE: AUGUST 03, 2021 P.C.:- 1] In view of interim protection ordered by this Court, statement made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer as was directed is accepted as he has produced tangible proof to that effect. Only allegation against the Applicant is, her vehicle is used in the commission of crime in question.

2] Mr. Purwant, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that as and when directed, vehicle shall be produced before the Investigating Officer. Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.

4] In the event of the arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.I-180/2018 registered with Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 454, 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed between 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
