Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to prepare the matter. Accordingly adjourned to 5th January, 2022. However, it is clarified that the Petitioner shall continue to deposit the amount of arrears of maintenance at the rate of 50% amount awarded vide impugned order. 6.

Let aforesaid amount be deposited before 5th of each English calendar month.
