This Court by an order dated 1.03.2023, directed the trial Court to conclude the trial in C.C.No.1248/PW/2021 within a period of six months.

Period of six months from 01.03.2023 is not yet over. Learned Counsel for the non-applicant pointed out that order of 1.3.2023 passed in WP No.5121/2022 was received by the trial Court on 15.3.2023. Therefore, as of today, the prayer made in this application is premature.

In view of this, the interim application stands disposed of. Needless to say that the Applicants are at liberty to seek the redressal of his grievance in accordance with law if the occasion so arises.
