Heard Mr. Rohit Gulati and perused the prayer for substituted service against Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 8 and 15. On perusing the record, it is found that Respondent No.2 has been duly served by Regd. Post. A.D. and A.D. receipt is on record. The notice has been duly served upon the Respondent No.2 sent by the Court through postal agency. Hence, service of notice upon Respondent No.2 is held good and valid. Office to note.

So far as Respondent Nos.1,3,8 and 15 are concerned, prayer made for substituted service needs to be allowed. Hence, Civil Application No. 2154 of 2015 in Writ Petition No. 5890 of 2012 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause(a) except Respondent No.2.

Applicant to file affidavit of service with copies of newspaper publication on next date. S.O. to six weeks.
