Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner expired 5 years ago. Her husband and her daughter collected the files from him. The record of the Writ Petition shows that the husband and 4 daughters filed an application to be brought on record through Ms. Swati Narvekar, Advocate and her Associates but on account of not prosecuting the application, the same was dismissed on 21.02.2011. 2.
