This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.5, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.5 died on 21.06.2016 leaving behind Snehagandha and Ganesh as legal representatives. The Application is filed on 18.07.2016, which is in time. Mr. Khandeparkar seeks leave to delete respondent No.3 as she has already expired. Mr. Lonkar assures that he 1/2

In view of the assurance as also for the reasons recorded in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the cause title of C.R.A. shall be carried out within one week from today.
