ORDER:- Upon hearing for some time, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, to decide the pending Claim-Application of the Petitioner, which is pending since 2010, as early as possible, preferably within eight months from today. In the meantime, we also direct Respondent No. 3 to consider the case of the Petitioner claim for a time bound scale, if so 1/2

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. No costs.

The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
