Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Amongst other prayers, one is, to investigate the complaint filed by the Petitioner against the MLC and his spouse, who have allegedly purchased the benami properties.

Considering the nature of the reliefs claimed in the petition, it will be appropriate in our opinion, to dispose of the petition, with directions to the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 to communicate the decision/action taken, if any, on the complaint of the Petitioner, if so required by considering the copy of the petition, to be the complaint of the Petitioner.
