The resolution passed in the meeting of the "Shikshan Mandal Samiti" of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on 26th October, 2015 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The resolution records the decision to cancel the entire process of both the tenders. The learned senior counsel appearing for the Shikshan Mandal Samiti reiterates that the decision taken is to cancel both the tenders which are the subject matter of this petition.

28-wp-7334.2015 The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the decision is illegal. Suffice it to say that in view of the resolution dated 26th October, 2015, present petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
