1] The challenge in this petition is in respect of notice dated 16th July, 2015 issued by Maharashtra State Bureau of Textbook Production and Curriculum Research relating to submission of E-learning Material. On perusal of the petition, it does not appear that any adverse order has been issued against petitioner. Even otherwise, the challenge relating to certain conditions incorporated in the notice issued in 2015, after lapse of period of four years need not be scrutinized. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law as and when cause of action accrues. With liberty as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. (N. J. JAMADAR, J.) (R.
