Present application is preferred by the legal heirs of the original appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 1599 of 2011 in which there is an order of a Division Bench of this Court dated 1st September,2011 (Coram: P.V.Hardas and B.P. Colabawala,JJ) vide which the Criminal Appeal No.1599 of 2011 was dismissed as it abated on the death of the original appellant-accused on 8th May,2013. As such any application in that disposed of appeal cannot be maintained before this Single Bench. Hence, the application is disposed of without going into any controversy raised in the application. The applicants are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and procedure.
