The above Petition challenges the order dated 19th June 2014, by which the Dispute Application No.1 of 2013 filed by the Petitioners against the Respondent No.2 seeking his disqualification under the provisions of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been dismissed. Against the said decision a remedy by way an Appeal under Section 44(4) is available. In view of the said remedy available, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of. If any such Appeal is filed needless to state that the same would be decided by the concerned authority on its own merits and in accordance with law.
