He therefore submits that the petition is rendered infructuous. Copy of order dated 1st February 2024 is taken on record. 2.

In view of the said order, Writ Petition No. 9006 of 2023 is rendered infructuous. Hence, Writ Petition No. 9006 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.
