Learned counsel for the parties did not dispute that when the order was passed on 11th July, 2016 by this Court there was already a 'separate entry' existing in the premises about which the reference has been made in the said order. In view of the aforesaid, the undertaking which was ordered to be submitted by the said order will operate only relating to removal of deficiency as regards the occupancy certificate, installation of lift and compliance of barrier free environment.
