In this view of the matter, bail application is not maintainable and the applicant will have to adopt appropriate proceedings. Ld. Counsel for the applicant therefore sought permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
