Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has referred to order passed by this Court on 6th May, 2016 which reads as under:- "

It is submitted that petition was filed before High Court at Allahabad challenging order of rejection of representation filed by the petitioner by the State of U.P. On 26th April, 2016. The High Court at Allahabad permitted the petitioner to move this Court for seeking liberty to file appropriate petition by an order dated 5th July, 2017. 2.

Perused the record. Heard the Counsel. None appears for the respondents. In the facts, we grant liberty to the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedies in respect of rejection of his representation as stated above. Application stands disposed of. (A.M.
