This Court by order dated 21st December, 2023 directed the Appellant to file requisite number of decree forms before 22nd February, 2024, however, the same are not filed. By order dated 22nd February, 2024, it is recorded that in spite of attempt to contact the Appellant, advocate could not receive any instructions from the Appellant. Thereafter the matter was on board dated 7th March, 2024 and the same was adjourned to today, by way of a last chance. 2.

Today also, none appears for the Appellant.

Since the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal, the same therefore stands dismissed for default. 4.
